KanexPro MX-HDBASE4X4-4K 4K HDBase 4x4 Matrix Switcher

The KanexPro MX-HDBASE4X4-4K matrix switcher is a professional 4 HDMI input to 4 HDBaseT output switch with 2 HDMI mirrored outputs designed for routing 4K/60 Hz applications supporting HDCP 2.2. For proficient audio capabilities it includes 4 stereo audio and 4 digital coax outputs for de-embedding to analog audio and HDMI digital audio respectively. Audio sources can also be selected via RS232 commands. Selected audio is sent via HDMI outputs & HDBaseT outputs and the audio output sockets.

The matrix switcher also features Ethernet port for controlling via web based GUI which reduces installation time and complicated set-up as well as full control for the matrix. The HDMI inputs from the matrix can be controlled via front panel buttons, IR, RS232, or thru a web-based GUI using IP. The selected source is delivered to HDMI Output 1~2 (for HDMI input 1~2) & HDBaseT outputs 1~4 (easy extension to 70m at 1080p and 35m at 4Kx2K on a single CAT5e/6 connection with optional PoE based HDBaseT receivers) simultaneously.

Applications:

Ideally designed for higher education environments such as smart classrooms, multi-zone residential homes or commercial distribution applications, this matrix is rack-mountable and also includes international power supply.

To reduce video dropout problems from lighting, ceiling fans and other EMI issues, it is strongly recommended to use shielded CAT5e/CAT6 and use shielded RJ45 connectors with our HDBaseT products.
