Introduction

NVIDIA unveiled NVIDIA® DGX™ personal AI supercomputers DGX Spark and DGX Station™ at GTC 2025. DGX Spark and DGX Station are powered by NVIDIA Grace™ Blackwell, placing accelerated AI in the hands of developers, researchers, and data scientists in a small form factor. These platforms serve as a bridge between large-scale data centers and accessible AI for prototyping, fine-tuning, and inferencing of large models.

We will review the specifications and capabilities of these new Blackwell platforms that Exxact will support and feature.

NVIDIA Spark - Compact AI Super Computer

Imagine a Grace CPU and a Blackwell GPU condensed into a small form factor workstation. The DGX Spark is a personal AI supercomputer for users to push the boundaries of generative and physical AI with massive performance and capabilities in a compact form factor.

NVIDIA DGX Spark

The DGX Spark features an NVIDIA GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip capable of over 1 petaTOPS of AI compute with cut-down Grace and Blackwell processors. It also features a NVIDIA ConnectX-7® NIC for clustering two DGX Sparks together for double the performance. The DGX Spark can effectively finetune and iterate workflows that can be easily mitgated to DGX Cloud or to any accelerated data center or cloud infrastructure. NVIDIA Spark is available through NVIDIA for pre-order, and OEM partners are developing their own versions. Exxact may support DGX Spark in the future.
